Christina is an experienced business partner with over fifteen years of experience in the areas of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Global Inclusion, Business Conduct, Business Development/Management, and Program/Project Management. Christina currently manages the Equal Opportunity and Affirmative action compliance programs at L3Harris Corporation where she has been employed for the last 14 years. Christina earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Christina has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in Seminole County and has a passion for helping children. She was born and raised in Florida and enjoys reading, boating and spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful children.
