Kristi Aiello is Florida Blue’s Business Development Lead for the North Florida Region. In her role, Kristi is responsible for Florida Blue’s business market growth, as well as customer and community engagement across 36 North Florida counties, stretching from Palm Coast through Pensacola.
Prior to her current role, Kristi led multiple start-up customer services ventures both domestically and overseas, including India, the Philippines, Canada and the UK. She was responsible for leading a team of approximately 1,500 people. Prior to that, Kristi worked as a Financial Analyst in Banking and Finance.
Kristi is very active in the community, serving on the board of directors for Dreams Come True, Episcopal Children’s Services, Volunteers in Medicine and the Jacksonville Chamber Health Council. Kristi was chosen for the inaugural MVP Leadership class with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kristi also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and also sits on their Statewide Board. In her free time, Kristi likes to travel, golf, read and spend time with family and friends.
Kristi holds a Masters in Business from the University of Florida.
