No Child Should be Forgotten
Did you know that approximately 5,300 abused and neglected children do not have a Guardian ad Litem? Everyday abused children go to court alone, and the judge makes decisions without the vital information an independent advocate provides.
You can be a part of the solution by becoming a member of the Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation. The Foundation is the private fund-raising arm of the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, and is working to ensure every child has a Guardian ad Litem.
For only $35 per year, Individual members will receive:
- Recognition at the Guardian ad Litem Awards Reception held at the Annual Conference.
- Newsletters, E-Blasts and other information that will keep you up-to-date on the latest statewide issues facing the Program and the children we represent.
- An invitation to a Special Reception at Guardian ad Litem Day.
$10 of your membership fee will directly support your participating local Guardian ad Litem non-profit organization.
